Hangzhou Yong-zheng Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., formerly known as Real Estate Board in 1993, Hangzhou, established real estate appraisal firm.
     In 1997, it became the first and the only Real Estate Appraisal company of Level Ⅰ of National Qualification, which approved by the State Ministry of Construction, and later became land appraisers association approved as a nationwide practice of land valuation agencies.
    In 2001, as registered in Zhejiang Province Department of Justice approved the real estate professional forensic organization, and later by the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court into the book for the real estate appraisal expert institutions.
